STEP TWO
Head into the locker room to change into your bathing suit and slip into a cozy robe. Your next modality is a 20-minute infrared sauna. Different from a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna focuses on light therapy, not heat. Our saunas also include a selection of chromotherapy, or visible light therapy. Refresh your body with our iced eucalyptus towels at the end of your session.

STEP THREE
You will end your circuit with a hydrotherapy cycle. Spend 3 minutes in our cedar hot tub before taking a 1-minute cold plunge in the adjacent tub. Challenge yourself physically and mentally as you complete this cycle three times. Once you’ve completed the circuit, head back to the locker room for a refreshing shower using our premium Aveda products, followed by a soothing dry-off with a warm towel.
STEP FOUR
Looking for an even deeper muscle release? Once you have completed the circuit, head over to our studio where you'll find foam rollers, bands and Theragun percussive massage tools with guided visual routines so you can get deeper pain relief and muscle recovery. Ask our staff about Theradrip IV Therapy which can be added on to your recovery circuit for the ultimate recovery package.
