Derek Poplawski, founder of Motivaction Training

Elevate has partnered with Derek Poplawski, founder of Motivaction Training, to offer Hybrid Group Training classes.  

 

Driven by a passion for pushing limits, Derek excelled in sports and thrived in team environments. This led him to pursue degrees and certifications in kinesiology, fitness, training, and coaching. To further enhance his training approach, Derek trained under former Navy Seal Commander Mark Divine, embracing the Unbeatable Mind program. This experience shaped Motivaction Training—a multi-program coaching platform focused on physical, mental, and emotional growth through the APEX Program.

Hybrid Group Training

Motivaction Hybrid Group Training takes the personalized coaching, accountability and dedication from 1 on 1 sessions, and charges it with the energy and atmosphere of group fitness classes.

 

Join up to 11 other motivated individuals in this unique training experience that is carefully designed to push your respective limits by challenging your strength, power, stamina, cardio, coordination, speed, balance and flexibility in a new workout each and every day!

 

Like all of our programs, Motivaction has always held a standard in that it doesn't matter where you're starting at today, rather it is your mindset, approach and willingness to push beyond your perceived limits that sets us apart.

 

Join us up to 3, 4, or 5 times every week (classes offered daily at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9:30am, 11:45am or ask about our open gym times) to see what you're truly capable of!

MONTHLY PACKAGE RATES

Memberships are sold on a monthly basis and renew on their sale date. Based on your selection (3, 4 or 5 times per week) you will receive a corresponding number of monthly credits (12, 16, 20) which you will use to book classes.

 

Classes can be booked online, over the phone or in person. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not carry over. You can decide to book 4 sessions one week, and 2 the next. You can use your credits and plan your monthly training based on class availability and your schedule.

Add on to your experience

Training alone is not what makes you stronger – training that includes rest and active recovery days, does. While it might sound counter-intuitive, it’s when you rest that your body goes through the repair process, preventing fatigue and improving overall performance. Our Wellness Circuit (or individual modalities) are professional recovery tools made available to everyone.  

 

Add on our wellness membership to boost your recovery and performance. Once of the best ways to make the most of your training is to actively rest.
